Senior Power Electronics Expert for Automotive SiC Devices

Our power module team is one of the leading teams in the power semiconductor industry, renowned for exceptional capabilities and expertise in the power semiconductor field. With a strong focus on innovation and cutting-edge research, we have established ourselves as pioneers in automotive grade SiC device packaging and application. We seek candidates who are passionate about advancing power module packaging and eager to contribute to our pioneering work.

Duties and Responsibilities：
Track the latest SiC power module technology trends and define the power module process technology roadmap;
Lead a team to complete pre-research on advanced process technologies, organize technical cooperation with universities and research institutes;
Develop advanced power module processes and generate process files;
Support product development teams to complete product development and import products to factory for mass production;
Solve major process issues and improve reliability for mass production process teams;

Requirements：
Master's degree or above in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or related fields;
More than 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development;
Preferred: experience in industry-leading product development and mass production;
Proficient in packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design, with industry-leading professional ability in one area;
Familiar with SiC module development and those who have achieved mass production status are preferred;

Knowledge：
Familiarity with the overall situation of the semiconductor packaging industry and good interpersonal relationships within the industry;
In-depth knowledge of key packaging processes & corresponding equipment, e.g., Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Silver/Copper Sintering, Solder Reflow, Molding or Potting, etc..

Skills and Competencies：
Proactive, with a pioneering spirit and good internal and external client skills;
Passionate about engineering, with a strong spirit of innovation;
Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
Strong team coordination and communication skills;

Estimated Salary Range：$120,000-$180,000 per year
