About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Working Student (f/m/d) in People & Culture to join our team as a Student Partner. This role will provide holistic HR support to all students in Berlin and Ludwigsburg, ensuring seamless onboarding, support, and offboarding processes.
- Provide comprehensive HR assistance to students, including recruitment, onboarding, support, and offboarding.
- Coordinate people operations for full-time colleagues, focusing on administrative tasks and general correspondence.
- Develop job references and other legally relevant documents, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Contribute to specific projects within holistic HR management, showcasing proactive approach and adaptability.
- Independently coordinate recruiting processes for new talents, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking.
- Foster good teamwork and efficient process structures, promoting a collaborative work environment.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Studies in economics, business education, business psychology, or comparable fields, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
- Initial practical experience in human resources, gained through internships or working student activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP HR, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, structured work style and strong organizational abilities.
- A hands-on mentality, with a passion for learning and growth.
