Business Development Specialist in Dental Sector

Job Overview:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the dental sector
  • Monitor and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to enhance retention and negotiation skills
  • Conduct regular customer development checks
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Establish and maintain a strong network with dentists, associations, and other partners in the dental market

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training and/or business studies
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in the dental or financial services sector
  • Strong customer focus and effective communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and assertiveness skills
  • Independent work ethic and strong organizational abilities
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Confidence, conflict resolution, and adaptability
