Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Schneider Electric GmbH. As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and compliance, leading month-end close and quarterly forecast processes, and driving project business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Director in driving financial performance and compliance.
  • Lead month-end close and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring high-quality results and continuous improvement.
  • Drive project business performance by identifying trends and action plans, working closely with business leaders.
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including digitization and automation, to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Your Profile:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years' experience in Finance, preferably in a project business.
  • English and German (professional level), French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced user experience in ERP Systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) or strong willingness to learn.
