We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Schneider Electric GmbH. As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and compliance across our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Support the Finance Director in day-to-day operations to drive financial performance and compliance.
- Lead the month-end close process, including quarterly forecast, with the support of junior controllers, to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement.
- Drive and optimize the performance of the project business for our German entity by identifying trends and action plans, working closely with business leaders.
- Contribute to global finance transformation initiatives, including digitization and automation, to reinforce local finance integration and improve efficiency and transparency.
- A motivated team and impactful tasks in an international environment.
- Innovation and digitization are highly valued, with flat hierarchies and short communication lines.
- Flexibility in working location (Herzogenaurach and mobile office) and working hours.

- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a project business.

- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) or strong willingness to learn.
