We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Schneider Electric GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance Director in the day-to-day operations to drive and challenge financial performance and compliance.
- Lead the month-end close process, including quarterly forecast, with the support of junior controllers, ensuring high quality and continuously improving efficiency through the use of digital tools.
- Drive and optimize the performance of the project business for our German entity, identifying trends and action plans, and collaborating with business leaders to achieve goals.
- Contribute to finance transformation global initiatives, including further digitization and automation, and reinforce local finance integration into standard processes for better efficiency and transparency of performance.
- A motivated team and impactful tasks in an international environment.
- Innovation and digitization are highly valued, with flat hierarchies and short lines of communication.
- Flexibility in terms of working location (Herzogenaurach and mobile office) and working hours.

- Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 5+ years' experience in Finance, ideally in a project business.
- English and German (professional level), French or Spanish is a plus.
- Advanced user experience in ERP Systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) or strong willingness to learn thanks to a good digital and data mindset.
