About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the Bar Team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of team performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or bar setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
