The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing non-dilutive funding sources to support our company's projects and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify suitable funding opportunities, including grants, loans, tax credits, and other subsidies
* Ensure timely submission of grant proposals by managing timelines and effectively recording and tracking the entire non-equity fundraising pipeline
* Assemble and organize data, figures, protocols, and other relevant documentation
* Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant applications, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies, organizations, political groups, and other relevant parties
* Stay up-to-date with funding trends, policies, and regulations
Requirements:
* Experience: 3 years+ of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or financial management, with a proven track record in securing non-dilutive funding
* Degrees: Affinity with the chemical and/or industrialization engineering is a plus; PhDs are a plus
* Outstanding writing and communication skills
* Excellent project management skills alongside an exemplary attention to detail
* Strong understanding of financial principles and funding mechanisms
* German and English speaking is mandatory

Our Process:
* After reviewing your documents, we will get back to you and schedule an Intro Call where you learn about tozero, our mission, and the team. We get to know you and understand your motivation
* Prior to the next session, you will receive a case study to work on. This part is important to us to assess your cultural and business fit for the role. Your case will then be challenged by our CEO Sarah in the second interview
* In the third interview, you will talk to Ksenija our CTO, and we will evaluate your fit to our company culture (culture, values, working style, etc..)
* If both parties are happy, we will make you an offer, and you can start right away
