Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a detailed social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and curate social media platforms to ensure cohesive branding and audience interaction.
  • Produce captivating content for diverse social media channels in partnership with design teams.
  • Engage with online communities and provide prompt responses to questions and feedback.
  • Evaluate social media analytics to derive insights and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Brand Marketing, PR, HR, and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proactive individual with demonstrated experience in social media marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, tools, and current trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
