As a member of the Market Activation team, you will contribute to the execution of our European strategy, focusing on captivating and engaging consumers in the DACH market. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team, Sales, and Revenue Growth Management to enhance our consumer marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Brand Activation & Promotions – Assist in the daily operations to implement brand and promotional strategies for K Brands in the DACH region, overseeing commercial initiatives from inception to in-store execution.
- In-Store Engagement – Carry out in-store activation and channel activities, including local customer and channel initiatives.
- Campaign Evaluation – Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing insights on the success of previous activation campaigns.
- Shopper Marketing Implementation – Aid in the rollout of the shopper marketing strategy for the DACH area, focusing on customer-specific marketing efforts such as sampling and retailer loyalty programs.
- Influencer Engagement – Support efforts to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
- Experience in brand marketing within an international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken.
