Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR Business Partner, der unsere anspruchsvollen Sales-Bereich in Düsseldorf betreut und unsere größte Businessunit bildet.

Als HR Business Partner bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Personal-Bedarfsanalyse und Personalplanung in deinem Aufgabengebiet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung des Fachbereichs in allen personellen, sozialen, arbeitsrechtlichen und personalpolitischen Angelegenheiten gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien
  • Strategische Personal-Bedarfsanalyse und Personalplanung
  • Gestaltung unserer Strategie und Prozesse als Koordinator zwischen den HR-Funktionen und dem Business
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer HR-Prozesse und -Konzepte
  • Internationale Projekte und Teil-Projektleitung strategischer Projekte

Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal/Psychologie) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der effektiven Ansprache verschiedener Stakeholder und Hierarchie-Ebenen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung und einer Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
