HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Intersnack, a leading European savory snacks producer. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our functional leaders and teams, ensuring smooth HR operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR generalist support to functional leaders and teams, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including hiring strategy, provider selection, and cost management.
  • Present HR updates at team events and town halls, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support line managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on People & Culture projects aligned with our strategy, working with HR Business Partners and HR Services to agree aims, resources, and timings.
  • Assist with reward decisions that align with market standards and internal policies.
  • Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and feedback.
  • Support employee engagement activities and action planning through functions.
Your Profile
  • Educational background in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong project management skills, data reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for driving change and improving processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across functions.
