Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented individual to implement Salesforce and redesign sales processes in close coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to educate users on Salesforce, and support the definition and introduction of process adjustments in sales and related areas.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Salesforce and redesign sales processes in close coordination with sales, controlling, project management, and other departments.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on Salesforce and its applications.
- Support the definition and introduction of process adjustments in sales and related areas, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales process improvements and optimize Salesforce usage.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering management or a related field, with a strong intention to pursue a master's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT knowledge, with experience in Salesforce being a plus.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
