We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Specialist to become a vital part of our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend client requirements and deliver impactful sales solutions.
- Generate new client accounts, nurture existing relationships, and foster enduring partnerships.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and sales quotations.
- Engage in prospecting and initiate cold calling efforts.
- Perform market analysis and investigate customer accounts.
- Offer monitoring, consultancy, and post-sales support.
- Maintain CRM system with sales activities.
- Report to the Sales Manager and undertake additional sales-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level and German at a C1 level.
- Capability to identify, qualify, and finalize sales accounts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate within small teams.
