Sales Development Specialist

Venair stands as a prominent partner in delivering fluid transfer solutions across diverse industries, including industrial, automotive, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors. With a robust international footprint, Venair operates over 30 offices globally and boasts 4 manufacturing facilities.

We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Specialist to become a vital part of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend client requirements and deliver impactful sales solutions.
  • Generate new client accounts, nurture existing relationships, and foster enduring partnerships.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and sales quotations.
  • Engage in prospecting and initiate cold calling efforts.
  • Perform market analysis and investigate customer accounts.
  • Offer monitoring, consultancy, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM system with sales activities.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and undertake additional sales-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level and German at a C1 level.
  • Capability to identify, qualify, and finalize sales accounts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate within small teams.
