Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating short-term forecasts under consideration of complex influencing factors
  • Continuous restructuring of the customer portfolio according to consumption and production patterns
  • Analyzing forecasting errors to optimize prediction models
  • Supervising automated processes and interfaces of used IT solutions
  • Developing new concepts for improvements and implementing them in agile projects

Requirements include:

  • University degree in a relevant technical, economical, IT, or data science subject
  • Knowledge in energy economics with a focus on German balancing and energy data management for power and gas
  • Strong analytical skills and structured, methodological way of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT-driven mindset and profound programming skills
