Customer Service Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Process Replacement Orders/Refunds: Handle customer issues by processing replacement orders or refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor Customer Reviews: Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our service meets the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Staff: Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time.
About You
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English, Danish, and Swedish, and have excellent communication skills.
- Service Orientation: You have a strong service orientation and are able to efficiently address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Communication Skills: You are a clear and effective communicator, able to articulate complex issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational Skills: You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Initiative: You are a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and owns your tasks, always striving for top-quality results.
- Interpersonal Skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
