Store Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager - Customer Experience Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This role will work closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance, manage people, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective customer relationship management and after-sale engagement.
- Implement and analyze CRM initiatives to develop a loyal customer base and improve sales results.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty through in-store events, personal shopping appointments, and product introductions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through investigation, solution development, and staff training.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, brand history, and effective storytelling.
- Empower and encourage staff to build brand loyalty and drive employee engagement.
- Mentor staff to ensure they meet brand expectations of quality and authenticity.
- Develop future leaders and identify external talent for the retail business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Experience with CRM tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail math/metrics.
- Strong business sense and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Bonus points for proficiency in another language.
