Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Store Operations Manager will oversee the execution of operational processes, manage stockroom organization, and ensure the store remains well-stocked. Your role will be crucial in meeting customer expectations while providing support to your team.
- Guide the stockroom team in adhering to best practices in store operations.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor in collaboration with the Store Management Team using tools such as RFID scanning and inventory lists.
- Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom layout.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the entire store team on operational best practices.
- Assist your team on the sales floor as needed, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

- You possess strong communication skills, a positive and adaptable demeanor, and a genuine approach to teamwork.
- The position requires the ability to plan, organize, and oversee both personal and team tasks to meet departmental objectives.
- You are driven by the desire to mentor others and share your expertise.
- You value teamwork and understand that exceptional customer service and sales are fundamental to our success.
- Experience in team management is essential.
- Familiarity with logistics, warehouse operations, and RFID systems is advantageous.

Additional InformationThis is a flexible part-time role, offering between 10-30 hours per week.
