About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager/IT System Administrator to join our team at SWB-Service-Wohnungsverm. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation, and administration of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conception, implementation, and administration of IT systems
  • Training of users on IT applications
  • Interface management between IT and business departments
  • Support for employees (first- and second-level support)
  • Support for the rollout of IT systems, including the design, permissions, roles, and implementation of processes
  • Collaboration with the provider of the ERP solution and other external IT service providers
  • Collaboration in project and process management
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as a computer scientist/system integrator or equivalent qualification in the IT sector
  • Enjoyment of independent work and the development of systems and projects
  • High level of technical and analytical understanding
  • High level of team skills and openness
