We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Aspire Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and structuring customer projects, including project planning, communication, coordination, and control.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our sales team and independently handle sales activities, especially for modules and change requests of existing customers. You will also conduct presentations, workshops, and user interviews, and lead interdisciplinary project teams.
In this role, you will analyze and structure the business processes of our customers, creating technical specifications and concepts. You will also contribute your own ideas and concepts for product development.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a degree or vocational training in IT project management, industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, business administration, or equivalent qualifications. You should have professional experience in process analysis, design, and digitalization, and ideally experience in project management.
You should have a high degree of independence, strong focus on teamwork and customer service, flexibility, and passion for new topics. You should also have a structured and goal-oriented work approach, enjoyment of different project aspects, and proficiency in relevant software tools and methods.
You should be fluent in German (written and verbal), have a good command of English, and be legally authorized to work in Germany. You should also have a driver's license and be willing to travel to customers domestically and internationally.
