Job Title: Senior Project Manager
About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading customer solution projects in the Sustainable Energy Solutions group. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, technical engineering, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including budget, financial management, and risk mitigation
- Lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, technical engineering, and team leadership
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
