Product Owner - German Speaking

In our global team of 3,800 committed colleagues, we value the unique cohesion of our family-run group of companies. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate in the product roadmap definition, prioritizing and scoping the product in close collaboration with the project team and Scrum Master.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Management and internal/external Stakeholder communication
  • Product Backlog Management and Backlog detail and refinement
  • Writing and clarifying user stories, including acceptance criteria
  • Defining the release plan and incremental releases
What We Expect from You:
  • A completed degree in the field of embedded systems, computer science, or electrical engineering with deep knowledge in grid-tied power electronic converters
  • Several years of experience in related topics, including a deep understanding of high power converters
  • A clear understanding of product development for power electronics and mechatronics systems
  • A good knowledge of grid code and power electronic standard compliance
  • A good understanding of PCB design, BOM, and design to manufacturing
  • Experience with agile development methods and lifecycle management tools (like Integrity, doors, or Atlassian)
  • Good communications skills in English and German
