Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our global team of 3,800 committed colleagues at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and collaborating with the project team and Scrum Master to prioritize and scope the product.
Key Responsibilities- Requirement Management: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Product Backlog Management: Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Release Planning: Develop and implement release plans, including incremental releases, to meet business needs.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in embedded systems, computer science, or electrical engineering, with a deep understanding of grid-tied power electronic converters. You should have several years of experience in related topics and a strong understanding of product development for power electronics and mechatronics systems.
A good knowledge of grid code and power electronic standard compliance, as well as PCB design, BOM, and design to manufacturing, is also essential. Additionally, you should be familiar with agile development methods and lifecycle management tools, such as Integrity, Doors, or Atlassian.
Excellent communication skills in English and German are required, as you will be working closely with international teams.
