Job DescriptionThis role plays a critical part in shaping the future of luxury retail by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for PRADA Group's Central Europe operations. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that meet our staffing needs and enhance our employer branding efforts.
Responsibilities:- Represent the PRADA Group brand throughout the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
- Coordinate job interviews for our stores in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands, as well as the Head Office in Munich.
- Organize the entire recruitment process and manage applicants from start to finish.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive results.
- Collaborate with external recruiters and staffing agencies to identify top talent.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications, or a comparable qualification, along with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of the retail landscape and recruitment channels.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP skills a plus.
