Job Description:

  • Elevate Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product lines, and brand heritage to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales growth by leveraging strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging and immersive store environment that showcases our luxury brands.
  • Candidate Acquisition: Proactively engage with customers to build trust and loyalty, resulting in increased conversion rates and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Luxury Fashion: A genuine enthusiasm for high-end fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
  • Retail Expertise: 10+ years of experience in sales roles within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
