About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Liability Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling efficient and effective processing of damages in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of damages to determine liability and extent of losses
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal professionals, brokers, and agencies, to resolve claims
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage personal injury and automotive damages
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and clients on automotive liability and personal injury law
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive liability claims handling, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
