Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficient management of damage claims within the automotive industry
- Evaluating costs and establishing damage reserves
- Overseeing personal injury and automotive damage claims
- Independently handling personal injury claims in accordance with corporate policies
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and service providers
- Maintaining ongoing communication with legal experts, brokers, and agencies
- Engaging in continuous teamwork and knowledge sharing
Your qualifications should encompass:
- A degree in Law or Insurance, coupled with experience in automotive liability claims
- Familiarity with automotive liability and personal injury legislation
- Proficiency in modern communication technologies
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
