Infrastructure Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Railway Construction Inspector to join our team at Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH in Cologne. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our railway construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction schedules and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of site inspections, test results, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a construction or infrastructure project management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and construction management software.
