- Schriftliche Reklamationskorrespondenz mit Vollstreckungs- und Insolvenzgerichten
- Führen von Telefonaten mit unseren Datenlieferanten
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Geschäftsfunktionen und den Branchenteams, um einen kontinuierlichen Überblick über die Delivery- und Servicestrategien des Portfolios zu haben
- Die Sicherstellung, dass die vertraglich vereinbarten Anforderungen in Bezug auf Time, Budget und Quality erreicht werden
- Der Aufbau eines entsprechenden Berichtswesens und die regelmäßige Kommunikation über Status, KPIs und Finanzdaten für Dein Kundenprojekt-Portfolio

- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und nachgewiesene Fachexpertise im Risikomanagement mit Schwerpunkt Projekt-/ Prozessmanagement
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in agilen Organisationstrukturen und den entprechenden Methodenkenntnissen
- Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität, hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
- Analytische, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, starke Teamorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
