Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Service Delivery and Customer Success Process Manager, der unsere Kundenprojekte erfolgreich durchführt und unsere agilen Organisation weiterentwickelt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die vollständige Bearbeitung von klärungsbedürftigen Schuldnervorgängen
  • Die Bearbeitung öffentlicher und nicht öffentlicher Schuldnerdaten (Insolvenzen, Amtsgerichtsdaten, Inkassoangelegenheiten)
  • Die Auswertung juristischer Fließtexte im Bereich Insolvenzrecht
  • Schriftliche Reklamationskorrespondenz mit Vollstreckungs- und Insolvenzgerichten
  • Führen von Telefonaten mit unseren Datenlieferanten
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Geschäftsfunktionen und den Branchenteams, um einen kontinuierlichen Überblick über die Delivery- und Servicestrategien des Portfolios zu haben
  • Die Sicherstellung, dass die vertraglich vereinbarten Anforderungen in Bezug auf Time, Budget und Quality erreicht werden
  • Der Aufbau eines entsprechenden Berichtswesens und die regelmäßige Kommunikation über Status, KPIs und Finanzdaten für Dein Kundenprojekt-Portfolio
  • Die Unterstützung im Bedarfsfall bei komplexen Pre-Sales Initiativen
  • Der Aufbau und die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Methoden und Prozesse in unserer Customer Success Management Organisation
  • Die Begleitung als Prozess- und Methoden-Experte den weiteren Ausbau unseres agilen Delivery und Service Ansatz und die Agierst als Coach für alle Programmbeteiligten
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und nachgewiesene Fachexpertise im Risikomanagement mit Schwerpunkt Projekt-/ Prozessmanagement
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in agilen Organisationstrukturen und den entprechenden Methodenkenntnissen
  • Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität, hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Analytische, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, starke Teamorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
