We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Acquisition Marketing Analytics to join our team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics (BIMA) team, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing actions through data-driven solutions and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing acquisition analytics strategy aligned with business goals, utilizing your strategic vision and leadership skills.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights on user acquisition performance and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Create tools, KPI frameworks, and reports to measure ROI of marketing spend, continuously monitoring and guiding marketing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on data needs and create global guidelines on how data needs to be collected and consumed.
  • Develop and enforce standardized naming conventions and tagging strategies for marketing campaigns and data collection, ensuring data consistency across the organization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, influencing strategic decisions and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on user acquisition for technology-driven consumer-facing companies.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of analysts and data scientists, with a track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, including Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python/R.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and other experimental design methodologies, as well as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to analyze and optimize marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in agile development and methodologies.
  • MS or PhD in computer science, statistics, math, physics, business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing naming conventions and tagging strategies to ensure data consistency in a global organization.
