Director of Channel Management for Central and Eastern Europe

Your RoleAs Director of Channel Management for Central and Eastern Europe, you will lead our sales teams in the region and develop strategic partnerships with distribution partners. Your goal is to drive sustainable and profitable growth through effective goal setting, performance reviews, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the channel management sales teams and guide customer/distributor teams through goal setting and performance reviews
- Establish and maintain a strong internal network with relevant account managers and stakeholders
- Closely monitor and manage performance, taking corrective action as needed
- Develop and implement country/subregional strategies to drive geographical growth ambitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and growth
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in commercial leadership and sales management. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the international flavor and ingredient industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic partnerships.
You should be a strategic thinker with a conceptual approach, as well as a hands-on doer with excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, influencing, presentation, and communication skills. Fluency in business English is required, and proficiency in another major language, preferably German, is an asset.
