Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and Relocation Support
    • Support team members in relocating to Germany and onboarding to MobiLab, including administrative tasks, integration services, and company onboarding initiatives.
  • Employee Support
    • Provide guidance and support to team members on HR-related questions and concerns, including navigating German bureaucracy and adhering to company policies.
  • HR Process Management
    • Keep HR systems up to date and create contracts, certificates, and other essential documents.
  • HR Operations Improvement
    • Develop and improve HR processes to help us achieve our growth goals.
  • HR Project Leadership
    • Manage HR projects that align with our company virtues and help build a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Team Player
    • A team player who values different perspectives and promotes a respectful and inclusive culture.
  • HR Experience
    • An experienced HR professional with 4-5 years of experience, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Planning and Organization
    • Able to plan ahead and keep deadlines in mind, while also handling day-to-day tasks.
  • Communication
    • An excellent communicator who lends team members an open ear.
  • Digital Tools
    • Enthusiastic about digital tools, software development, and cloud technology.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in German and English (both B2).
