At Alstom, we're shaping the future of rail mobility. Our team in Hennigsdorf is responsible for developing, manufacturing, and maintaining a range of products, including high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, trams, and light rail vehicles.

We're looking for a full-time Testing and Commissioning Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing testing and commissioning of electrical motors and gearboxes to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing functional tests, load tests, and performance evaluations to verify the proper operation of motors and gearboxes
  • Developing Testing & Commissioning procedures for sub-systems based on defined specifications
  • Interface with Engineering and Verification & Validation subsystem leaders for optimizing site tests and sharing resources
  • Participating in Verification & Validation tests in lab, as per request, under the responsibility of the Verification & Validation Manager
  • Reporting on anomalies arising during site testing and interfacing with the engineering team to close the anomaly
