Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rail systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct cost reduction analyses and implement sourcing and industrial strategies to optimize material and part consumption.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.
- Analyze technical performance and efficiency of maintenance plans and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Establish and implement standardized fleet reliability improvement plans, monitoring key performance indicators and promoting proactive maintenance strategies.
- University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in rolling stock equipment and maintenance.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficient in MS Office and CATIA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
