Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to Xentral users, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues related to ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with our product team to identify and address common pain points, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Answer frequently asked questions, serving as a liaison between our customers and internal departments.
  • Communicate the capabilities of our software, assisting customers with issues via email, ticket system, and phone.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Accounting, or IT, with a focus on IMAP, SQL, or API integrations.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, such as JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, or Billbee.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for interacting with customers and a background in B2B support.
  • Fluent English (C1) and German (C1) language skills.
