Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten IT-Professionisten, der sich auf die Administration unseres zentralen Rechenzentrums spezialisiert hat. Als IT Operations Specialist bist du zuständig für die Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs und die Administration unseres Rechenzentrums.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Administration des Rechenzentrums und Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs
  • Unterstützung der Gesellschaften im Rahmen des 3rd Level Supports
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Infrastruktur und der Prozesse
  • Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst der IT

Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der strukturierten Arbeitsweise eines Rechenzentrums
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität
  • Zusätzliche spezifische Kenntnisse wie Exchange, Entra, vmWare, Endpoint Manager, etc.
