About the Role

RWE Supply & Trading GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our 24x7 Service Monitoring & Control team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a 24x7 Service Monitoring & Control analyst, identifying and resolving incidents, and providing feedback to service owners.
  • Manage major incidents, coordinating resolver teams, and moderating resolution bridge-calls.
  • Act as an escalation instance for critical incidents, identifying resolver teams, and supporting business-critical users.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation.
  • Broad IT knowledge, especially infrastructure (networks, servers, databases).
  • ServiceNow knowledge and good English skills.
  • Self-motivation and stress resistance.
