We are a specialized consulting company with a focus on automating business processes for large and medium-sized enterprises and corporations. With a team of around 35 employees, we are a successful consulting firm in four core areas of digitalization: Business Process Automation (Camunda, Automic), Business Process Management, Software Development, and ERP Processes (SAP). Our open-door culture and flat hierarchies enable a smooth exchange among team members. What to Expect

  • You will develop business processes using technologies like Java, Camunda, and Automic in customer projects on-site or at our locations in Bremen and Salzgitter, or remotely.
  • In your role, you will model and optimize processes according to customer requirements to provide an optimal solution.
  • You will also lead migration projects.

What You Bring

  • A completed (Business) Informatics degree or comparable IT experience as a lateral entry.
  • Good process thinking and knowledge of common scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java).
  • An open-minded approach to new methods and technologies.
  • Good German and English skills.
  • A general willingness to travel, to support our customers on-site when needed.
