Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the vital link connecting clients, insurance brokers, and our corporate headquarters within a Gothaer agency.
- Manage the preparation and follow-up of client meetings to ensure smooth interactions.
- Provide administrative support to agency management and other customer advisors as needed.
- Oversee insurance claims and facilitate an efficient claims process.
- Collaborate with the agency team to implement strategies for customer retention and to broaden our client base.
Your Profile:
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, or possess equivalent commercial training, or are looking to transition into this field.
- Possess a strong sales acumen and enjoy engaging with clients.
- Find administrative tasks manageable and straightforward.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and show initiative in your work.
- Utilize digital tools effectively to maintain organization and oversight.
