Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at econoMARK Personalmarketing GmbH. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders, creating proposals and order confirmations, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders
- Process and manage customer orders, including export and customs documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data and records
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus
- High level of customer orientation, initiative, and flexibility
