International Sales Manager Airborne Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our Airborne Solutions division at HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and expanding our sales network worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Manage and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Completed technical and/or business studies or comparable training
  • Several years of experience in complex export sales campaigns, international business practices, and business-to-business activities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, persuasive and conflict resolution skills
  • Business fluent in German and English, with other languages an advantage
