About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team at Plat4mation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our sales team during the pre-sales process to increase customer acquisition.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify opportunities for successful engagement.
  • Communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow solutions to potential customers and build strong relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 years of experience in IT consulting.
  • 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in the field of information technology.
  • Experience in the pre-sales field is an asset.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
