Strategic HR Partner for Business Excellence

About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders at TeamViewer's headquarters in Göppingen. This role involves close collaboration to ensure alignment between business strategies and people management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers, employees, and the global HR team to implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with employees and managers to provide ongoing support and daily HR guidance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adapting to market and industry changes to drive and support organizational change management.
- Cooperate effectively with the local works council.
- Understand the entire talent ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle, applying HR programs to support these stages.
- Proactively initiate change processes and support their operational implementation.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in organizational development, human resources or business management.
- Minimum four years of relevant practical experience in a fast & dynamitic international HR environment.
- Demonstrate a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization.
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Solid practical experience and knowledge of German Labor Law.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (verbal and written) is required.
- Depending on your office location, willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for in-person meetings with your team and stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
