Senior Credit Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Credit Risk Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial health by assessing creditworthiness, setting responsible credit limits, and monitoring credit exposure.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and analysis for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with our risk policy and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize risk models and methodologies to quantify and mitigate credit risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable business opportunities while protecting our financial health.
- Negotiate credit limits with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the credit quality of our portfolio, identifying trends and potential areas of concern.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a related field within an international corporate or financial institution or a rating agency.
- Experience in managing a diversified customer portfolio of different industries, countries, and cultures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of financial information received from internal and external sources.
- Versed negotiating and good communication skills.
- Fluency in English (other additional languages are desired).
- Good skills in MS Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international and diverse environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
