Senior Credit Risk Analyst

YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt. Our company is a subsidiary of a renowned financial institution, providing expert consulting and translation services to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough creditworthiness analysis of clients using both quantitative and qualitative factors.
- Perform rating reviews and updates on clients, preparing credit review reports and presentations for the Credit Committee.
- Prepare meetings for the Credit Committee and draft meeting minutes.
- Verify conditions precedent for loan payments.
- Monitor existing clients and exposures in compliance with internal and external rules.
- Report large exposures and loans above EUR 1 million to the German Bundesbank, managing customer data and pledged loans for refinancing purposes.
- Provide risk reports to the local Management Board and Head Office.
- Establish and manage credit files, both in hardcopy and digital formats.
- Support Corporate Banking and Operations with credit-related matters.
- University degree in economics, finance, or banking.
- 4-5 years of experience in front or middle office of commercial banks.
- Knowledge of credit review, rating, and risk analysis of corporate clients.
- Proficiency in finance, economics, and accounting standards.
- Knowledge of banking supervisory requirements in Germany.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Proficient in German and English language, with Chinese being an advantage.
