About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial organization by providing expert-level support for our CRM system, Salesforce. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analytics
    • Prepare and improve reports and dashboards requested by management
    • Ensure good data quality by constantly reviewing the CRM data based on defined criteria
    • Provide proactive data support to management
    • Contribute to the definition of future business strategy
  • Sales Process and CRM – Salesforce Administration
    • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel
    • Design new business processes, brief technical teams to set up these processes, and test them
    • Align with stakeholders and management and train users on new processes
  • Support the Commercial Organization – Daily Business
    • Main contact person for all internal colleagues regarding CRM system user issues and questions
    • Qualify reported faults and solve them independently or together with technical experts

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in a back-office or detail-orientated role: finance, banking, commercial operations, customer service, sales support, etc.
  • Previous experience in an IT company or large organization is a plus
  • Openness to familiarizing yourself with our CRM System and its customizations, ideally you have already Salesforce experience
  • Solid knowledge of common Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good sense of priorities and a structured way of working and deep attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation as well as social skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
