Als Aircraft Manager (w/m/d) bei AGILIOS Personal GmbH sind Sie für die operative Steuerung der MRO-Tätigkeiten verantwortlich. Sie planen, steuern und kontrollieren die Durchlaufpläne, legen die Abarbeitungsreihenfolgen fest und steuern kritische Ressourcen. Sie priorisieren und eskalieren Aufgaben im Rahmen des Problemlösungsmanagements und führen tägliche und wöchentliche Meetings zur Ablaufkoordination des MRO-Betriebes durch.
Ihre QualifikationenWir suchen nach einem technischen Studium zum Wirtschaftsingenieur (w/m/d), Ingenieur Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (w/m/d), Ingenieur Maschinenbau (w/m/d), Betriebswirt (w/m/d) mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management/Logistik, Logistik, Supply Chain Manager (w/m/d), einer abgeschlossenen technischen Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (w/m/d) oder Techniker (w/m/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation. Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung, Produktionssteuerung, Produktionsplanung, Disposition, Logistik, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Materialflusssteuerung, Materialbeschaffung, Prozessplanung, Prozessgestaltung, Prozesssteuerung, Prozessoptimierung, Prozessüberwachung oder dem Manufacturing Engineering vorzugsweise aus der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Automotive oder der Logistik mit. Sie bringen vorzugsweise Erfahrung aus dem MRO, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, Einflug, Wartung, Reparatur, Instandhaltung, Inspektion, Modifikation, Überwachung von zivilen oder militärischen Flugzeugen oder Hubschraubern. Sie bringen vorzugsweise Erfahrung von AIRBUS, Premium AEROTEC oder der Bundeswehr / NATO mit. Sie besitzen gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, gute SAP Kenntnisse und gute Englisch Kenntnisse. Sie haben eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und sind team- und kommunikationsfähig.
