Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Aircraft Manager (w/m/d) für unsere Kunden in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Steuerung und Planung der MRO-Tätigkeiten
  • Abarbeitungsreihenfolgen legen und kritische Ressourcen steuern
  • Durchlaufplan anpassen und optimieren anhand des Performance Trackers
  • Tägliche und wöchentliche Meetings zur Ablaufkoordination des MRO-Betriebes durchführen
  • Soll-Ist-Analysen durchführen und Maßnahmen zur Ergebnissicherung ausarbeiten
  • Abstimmung und Koordination zwischen internen und externen Prozessbeteiligten durchführen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung, Produktionssteuerung, Produktionsplanung, Disposition, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Materialflusssteuerung, Materialbeschaffung, Prozessplanung, Prozessgestaltung, Prozesssteuerung, Prozessoptimierung, Prozessüberwachung oder dem Manufacturing Engineering
  • Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Automotive oder der Logistik
  • Gute MS-Office und SAP Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und kommunikationsfähig
