About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced App Operations Manager to join our team at Arise. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, including managing our support team, organizing business operations, and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our CEO to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Manage and improve existing operations and processes
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Support various projects, including development of new features and marketing initiatives
  • Hire and manage freelancers
  • Supervise our Support team
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and brainstorming for improvements
  • Support management in the legal area, including data protection
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment, preferably with app experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field is preferred
  • Excellent command of English, German, or Russian is considered a plus
