About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Raisin GmbH. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Regulatory Compliance Support: Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and ensure that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Policy Maintenance and Review: Assist in the development and maintenance of our compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Partner Onboarding and Monitoring: Conduct due diligence on new partners and monitor existing relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that all employees understand their compliance responsibilities.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Assist in the preparation and delivery of compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Requirements
  • Background in Regulation and Compliance: A degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, particularly in the European Union and the United States.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with compliance software and tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
